When will I get my stuff?
Smaller packages (Keychains, Stickers) go out within 2-3 days of the order being placed and, if during a pre-order period, 1-2 days after pre-orders end. Bigger packages (Daki Covers, Mouse Pads) ship a couple days after the inventory is received from the manufacturers.
How long does shipping take?
US: 3-8 days
Canada: 1-3 weeks
Wherever else: 1-4 weeks

Keep in mind that those are estimates as the USPS handles the shipping. Refer to your tracking number (if provided) for more info.
What about manufacturing?
Pre-Orders take about 2-3 months to be manufactured and a little extra time to be sent my way.
Will I get a tracking number?
If you pay for it! Packages sent via postage (stamps) will not be tracked.
Where do you ship?
I ship internationally, dawg!
What is your shipping/return policy?
If something shows up damaged the best we can do is a partial refund. Once ordered there are CANCELLATIONS/NO RETURNS. All sales are final!
My package is delayed/missing/arrived damaged! What now?
If you got a tracking number you’ll have to take that up with USPS. Otherwise contact [email protected] and we’ll try and work something out.
My package was returned to sender!
This was either because you didn't pick it up at the post office fast enough or USPS decided to fuck us both over for no real reason. This happens more often with international shipping, and if it's returned I'll try resending it! And if that doesn't work and I am in possession of the product, you will be refunded. If I need information from you for the resend and you don't respond (repeatedly) I will reclaim the product without refund! Fucked up, right? So if you get an email saying your package has been shipped, but you haven't received it in the estimated time, email me! And I'll email you!
