When will I get my stuff?
Smaller packages (Keychains, Stickers) go out within 2-3 days of the order being placed and, if during a pre-order period, 1-2 days after pre-orders end. Bigger packages (Daki Covers, Mouse Pads) ship a couple days after the inventory is received from the manufacturers.
How long does shipping take?
US: 3-8 days
Canada: 1-3 weeks
Wherever else: 1-4 weeks
Canada: 1-3 weeks

Keep in mind that those are estimates as the USPS handles the shipping. Refer to your tracking number (if provided) for more info.
What about manufacturing?
Pre-Orders take about 1-2 months to be manufactured and a little extra time to be sent my way.
Will I get a tracking number?
If you pay for it! Packages sent via postage (stamps) will not be tracked.

I ship internationally, dawg!
What is your shipping/return policy?
If something shows up damaged the best we can do is a partial refund. Once shipped there are NO RETURNS. All sales are final!
My package is delayed/missing/arrived damaged! What now?
If you got a tracking number you’ll have to take that up with USPS. Otherwise contact [email protected] and we’ll try and work something out.
